Unfurled destiny
Is there light
That bursts through
Magpie clad trees and
Will have you turn your
Face to the azure, the
Leaves shuffling with the
Dawn of the wanting day.
In the whispered rustle of
Ants at my feet, sticks
Settled by snake steady track
And the roaring audience looming
Of a sky that would call
Me to a wish, to a pull
That seeks beyond me.
Wondered foresight, pledged to
Hear me, in this space I
Keep before me, as it
Strains and it straggles
With its due
But I know not
Where this ends, and
Somehow that doesn't
Matter as it unfurls
To take its final
Form.
