How will you live, die

Now, once all the
Nonsence is said
And done, its echo
Growing dim in the clamour,
It's time, now, to ask
How you'll live, and
More important,
How you'll die.
Will you live a life of
Gentle depth becoming,
Of grown wisdam, bold
Turning toward dying
Where you'll know you're
Ready, because you are
Not for glory nor for
Wonder from those whose
Thinking matters but
Because it's the
One life left to you

This is a question
To wrap yourself around,
Slowly digest, pick over
(Wan smile in the moonlight)
Not to solve,
Not now not ever.

But let soak
Into the well
Of your being.
