To live progressively more

Clear, naive, innocent

More awestruck with this

Living as she presents

And more saddened as

Selfhood resists and cries out

And weeps for his glories.

To sit still to sit quiet

To say nought when you

Might otherwise

To become comfortable

With the quiet of

The invisibled.

To find a quiet

Spiralled eddy in the

Busy-ness of life's living

To find that eddy

With the driftwood

Dozing loafers.

In all this to be

Gentle on yourself and

On the others

For you rushed and

You rushed and you

Rush.

Let it settle, let it fall

Let the mood sink 

With the bustle 

Let it wash and

Let it wander as it

Takes you.
