My love

Today I spent a day in the
Arms of my beloved, her
Body thousands of miles away
Asleep, and yet I was with
Her, in love, such love
Set the skies to blazened
Furies of cloud streaked
Fiery sunset and birds
A-wing in the jaunty song
Of flocks hundreds, nay
Thousands deep all crying
At will and I,
I stayed lost in those
Melting dark eyes, those
Cheekbones, that beauty spot 'neath your
Left eye, though it always
Feels right for that is where
I see it when I
Kiss you, and there I was
Today, in your arms,
Awe struck at the beauty,
The wonder of this
Feminine fierce, this goddess
Who should grace my life
This Dakini of powers unknowable
Even to herself. In this
Woman's arms I spent my day
Today, enraptured, besmitten
And empowered as ever,
Her Lord, consort and
Dearly betrothed from
Before time began and
Until time ends.
